Dave was amoung the first group to become licensed and holds Certified Home Inspector License Number HI89471248-0806 To preform an inspection in West Virginia you must be a licensed Certified Home inspector.

Dave Received his training at ITA The only classroom Home Inspection School Recognized by ASHI. At  the Manasass Virginia Campus.

He writes a column for the Herald Dispatch a Gannett USA TODAY Newspaper. His column is "Home Health and Safety Tips"

Dave is a National Speaker at Home Inspection events. He is a consultant to other Home Inspectors on how to build their inspection business and developing economically reasonable marketing plans.
