My Promise to You:  
I promise I will take ALL the time necessary to preform a thorough and accurate Home Inspection of your home. I will take what ever time you need to feel comfortable with your decision to purchase or not to purchase the home. Most home inspections take two to three hours, but I will take all the amount of time needed to provide you the best and most thorough inspection possible.

During the inspection, I promise to inform you about the operation of your home.  During a stressful time in your life, I will make the inspection an enjoyable educational experiance enabling you to learn about your new home and provide you with the information to make an "educated" decision. 

I promise to use the latest testing equipment to preform an accurate assessment of your new home. 

I promise to provide you a complete, indexed printed report with full color digital photographs illistrating both the positive aspects of the home and any deficts I find. 

I promise to include in the report any safety issues, and I will NOT grandfather any safety issues I may find. I also will include reminders of maintenance items you will need to preform to maintain your home.

I promise to provide you with a printed report I promise to provide a written copy of our inspection agreement, a glossary of home inspections terms (upon request), a copy of the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics,

I promise to make your complete report available on a secure web site to enable viewig at your convenience, with out having to take time to download  large e-mail files. I promise to keep your report on this site for at least 5 years after the inspection. 

I promise to be available and take the time to go over the report and answer any and all the questions you may have. 

I promise to keep your inspection information confidential. 

And I promise to put my best effort into each and every report I preform.
